PRIZE DRAW RULES

1. A participant's entry into the nowfly.co.uk prize draws is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Rules”) and also unless otherwise stated herein to nowfly.co.uk's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. All participants should read these Rules, the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy and by entering this Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.

3.This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Cos Now Limited t/a nowfly.co.uk, whose registered office address is at The Quadrant Centre, Limes Road, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DH (“nowfly.co.uk”). 4. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, excluding employees (and their families) of Cos Later Ltd, its associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

5. To enter, submit your email details in the email submission box on the homepage . No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to sign up to the email newsletter. Only one entry per household allowed. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.

6. Entries can only be completed by submitting details in the email submission box on the home page. Illegible, incomplete, corrupt or otherwise defective entries will be invalid.

7. Failure to comply with the Rules will automatically render your entry to this Promotion invalid.

8. The Promotion starts on 4th February 2010 and ends at midnight on 31st March 2010.

9. Only one £250 cash prize is offered to the winning entrant.

10. On 15th April 2010, one entry will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The winning entry will receive the £250 cash prize.

11. nowfly.co.uk will make reasonable efforts to contact the winning entrant by email (at the address provided at the time of entry) within 28 days of the respective draw to notify them of their prize and to request a postal address to send the prize. If, following 10 working days, the winning entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond to the nowfly.co.uk’s notification or is not in a position to accept the prize (for whatever reason), then nowfly.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw that entrant's prize entitlement and to select an alternative winning entrant to receive that prize. nowfly.co.uk may repeat the process set out in Rule 10 as many times as is necessary until it has successfully selected and notified a winning entrant.

12. A cheque for the prize money will be sent by registered first class post to the address supplied by the winning entrant within 5 working days of receipt of the postal address by nowfly.co.uk.

13. The winning entrant may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and where required to do so the winner consents to cooperate with nowfly.co.uk without further recompense.

14. nowfly.co.uk accepts no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed or otherwise invalid entries. nowfly.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. nowfly.co.uk is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Promotion. Nothing shall exclude nowfly.co.uk’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence

15. nowfly.co.uk reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this Promotion and/or these Rules as necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be posted within these Rules. A copy of the Rules may also be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Promotion Rules, nowfly.co.uk, PO Box 356, Cobham, Surrey KT11 2RJ.

16. The prize for the prize draw is 1 x £250 cash payment, drawn in accordance with the Promotion dates above.

17. The decision of nowfly.co.uk in all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. nowfly.co.uk reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition and/or prize at anytime and to disqualify any entrant if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.

19 There is no alternative or exchange.

20 The prize is non-transferable.

21. The name of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes to nowfly.co.uk with a self- addressed, stamped envelope within 3 months after the closing date to the address in Rule 3 above, requesting details of the winning entry.

22. nowfly.co.uk takes its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 seriously. All information collected as part of this Promotion is collected by nowfly.co.uk, is governed by our Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to any third parties. From time to time nowfly.co.uk may wish to send you information concerning its news, products, services and/or special promotions. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving such communication, please click the unsubscribe link at the top of any such communication and follow the steps set out.

23. The laws of England & Wales shall apply to the Promotion. The website is only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom. nowfly.co.uk makes no representation that materials on the website relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you access the website from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
